Job responsibilities

1. Mechanical scheme and appearance design of laser precision processing equipment;

2. Selection of external components of pneumatic, motion and standard parts of laser equipment;

3. Sorting and archiving of laser equipment design data;

4. Procurement of laser equipment after design, coordination during processing, material progress follow-up and assembly coordination;

5. Assembly quality control, function improvement and maintenance of laser equipment after design;

Job Requirements

1. more than 1 year working experience in laser processing industry mechanical design industry, familiar with mechanical principles and mechanical processing technology;

2. The position requires experience in mechanical design of precision laser processing equipment (such as galvanometer ultraviolet laser precision processing equipment based on linear motor motion platform);

3. skilled use of AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS or PRO/E, UG and other design tools;

4. Be familiar with the selection and configuration of purchased standard parts such as optical, electromechanical, screw and slide rail transmission, pneumatic components, etc., and be familiar with the design of motion structure;

5. Be responsible for the process review of design drawings to ensure the manufacturability of products;

6. Be responsible for reviewing the manufacturing process of mechanical parts and inspecting the processing capacity of suppliers;
